Selling my beloved Dutch barge (transformed into a dutch barge in the 1970s). Going to be moving to land but she's been a blast for the last five years and no expense has been spared, nor time. The massive renovation and gutting of the original vessel has been a real pain, but worth it in the end for the outcome! Located in Kings Cross at the moment. No stupid offers please. Hull is good.
She's bigger than she looks in the pictures. I built a deck on the roof last year too out of Balau.

Renovation
? Renovation: From 2019-2022, She underwent a complete renovation and the entire interior was removed and replaced, back to the original steel of the boat, which was treated. Over £50,000 was spent on top of the original purchase price.
? The entire existing interior was removed, steel treated and any holes or cracks insulated. ? Materials used throughout are of highest quality, including marine ply and ipe (Brazilian walnut) used for the window frames, doors and parts of the kitchen. ?? Spray foam insulation was used throughout the boat where there had been no insulation before, meaning that the boat is far more comfortable in winter and summer. ?? All plumbing and electrics replaced and things such as new boilers installed. ? All windows are double glazed, hand made from Brazilian walnut and have brass fittings. Two of the main windows have gas struts which means that they open fully in the summer. ? The exterior of the boat was stripped and painted a dark blue in November 2021. ?? The boat was removed from the water in August 2022 for inspection and the hull was blacked ?? Wheelhouse renovated in March 2023 ? Roof hardwood decking installed May 2023
